Preparation#

Proxy, the required addresses are South Korea, Japan, India, Singapore, and the United States. It's not clear about other addresses, but Hong Kong definitely won't work.
Prepare a foreign phone number. If you don't have one, you can use a verification code platform. Some platforms may not be able to receive codes, so I found one, sms-activate.org.
Prepare a browser.

Getting Started#

Step 1: Prepare for receiving verification codes#

Open the verification code platform sms-activate.org and register an account.
