Step 1: Check Eligibility#
Naturally, the first step is to check if you are eligible for Plus. However, starting from February 11th, there is no longer a need to queue for Plus eligibility.
The detection method is very simple, first check if there is an upgrade button on the left side.
If there is, click it.
Then click "Upgrade Plan". If the page below appears, it means you are eligible.
Step 2: Create a Virtual Credit Card#
Actually, if you are overseas, you don't need to read this article, so I assume you don't have an overseas credit card.
In theory, VISA, JCB, and UnionPay cards should all work, but when you register, you will find that none of them work. The payment platform uses Link for payment, and they will verify the issuing region. If it is in China, including Hong Kong, it will be rejected. So many virtual credit cards cannot be used.
Note that both of the following solutions require the use of virtual currency, USDT or USDC. So you need to register for a virtual currency exchange. You can register through the following two links.

Solution 0: OneKey Visa Card#
Open the OneKey website: card.onekey.so/?i=6519PX and register according to the process. Onekey is a large company, and the registration process is very simple. It is recommended.
Solution 1: Depay#
Depay credit card, open the depay website. Complete the normal registration process, and after successful registration, you need to download their app.
IOS requires a foreign store account, while Android can directly download the APK.
You can see that there are two card options, which depend on your preference. There should be no difference between them (although I use the KYC version).
However, you can't open it now because you need to recharge USDT first (and currently only support USDT-TRC20). Click on the wallet, then click on USDT. Enter the following page, and you can recharge. I personally recommend recharging the exact amount. Here, I will recharge 40U as a test.

Step 3: Activation#
Now that we have a credit card, we can proceed with the activation. However, before activation, I recommend:

The billing address can be filled in randomly, it doesn't matter (if it is Nobepay, you need to fill in the corresponding address).

Step 4: Cancel Automatic Subscription (Optional)#

Click "Manage my subscription"
Then click "Cancel plan". Of course, after cancellation, you can still use it normally for this month. If you want to continue using it in the future, you can subscribe again.
